It's All Possible with Simplified Sobriety

Simplified Sobriety is a proactive, holistic program designed to help you reduce or eliminate alcohol without shame, labels, or restriction.

I created it from my own experience in a luxurious Malibu rehab after struggling with the traditional sobriety system for many years.

I simplified what I learned in Malibu and incorporated the work of experts in addiction, nutrition and trauma who helped me transform in the years since leaving treatment. 

I discovered sound healing while in Malibu and it plays a powerful part in the Simplified Sobriety system. Sound heals where talk, touch and medicine cannot and provides instant relief from cravings and anxiety.

Simplified Sobriety shifts the focus from what you're giving up to what you're gaining— it's everything you need to transform like an A-List star for a fraction of the cost.

In this phase, we lay the groundwork for change by designing a system that supports you. You’ll map out your wellness tools, schedule, support network, and boundaries to create a soft landing as you shift your habits.

This module is all about planning ahead so you don’t rely on willpower alone. You’ll feel confident and empowered, knowing you’re set up for success.

03. commit

This module is where you draw your line in the sand—not with fear or force, but with full ownership. You’ll define your why, create new rituals, and choose your commitment level without pressure to be “perfect.”

We’ll help you find the version of sobriety or mindful drinking that fits your life, values, and goals. You’ll walk away feeling anchored, clear, and ready to begin.

Now it’s time to live the change. This module gives you real-world tools to navigate cravings, social pressure, and tough days—without losing momentum.

You’ll develop resilience, self-regulation, and joy in the day-to-day as you build your new normal. This is where everything clicks, and your new lifestyle starts to feel second nature.
